If you talk about stringbending its David Gilmour. He has a magnificent technique for stringbending. The stringbending is done overhere with the pinkie. Normally the ringfinger is used. You really have to push the string very high to put it to the next note (E). Furtheron in the song it goes even higher to G. That´s 2 notes! Practise first half a note, then one then two notes to get used to bending the strings. Underneath you will find a videoinstruction of the basic rythm. Good luck with this excercise.
