Excercises 1

 

Now we have the guitar tuned correctly. Lets start with a few excersises. It is important allways to losen up your fingers. If you don´t you might get serious injuries.

Put your indexfinger on the first string before the first fret. Keep your finger posted and press the middle finger close to the second fret and so on. After you reached the 4th fret you go on with the second string untill you reach the 6th string.

If you have difficulties whatsoever allways isolate the problem and practise that little piece untill you are familiar with it. You play the strings with your right hand alternating first the index finger and then the middle finger. To give more power to the strings when you play you let the fingers "fall" on the adjacent string (in this case the second or B string). The Thumb stays in the middle at the back of the neck. Check the following finger positions and ofcourse the video´s.
